Our specialists see the booking information relevant to appointments they are performing.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected to a comparable standard.

5. How long we keep your information

  • Booking and service records — for as long as you remain a client, and for up to five years after your last appointment, so we have your service history if you return.
  • Financial and transaction records — for the period required by UAE tax and accounting law.
  • Website analytics data — typically up to 26 months.
  • Enquiries that do not lead to a booking — up to 12 months.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. How we protect your information

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) for all pages, including booking and payment. Access to booking records is restricted to salon staff who need it. Our systems and software are kept up to date.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Children

Our online booking is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement. Clients under 18 are welcome in the salon when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who should make the booking on their behalf.

If you believe a child has given us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other websites

Our website may link to other sites, such as our social media pages or our payment provider. This policy does not cover those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before giving them any information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on the website.
